“Our platform functions solely as a delivery service and does not engage in the sale, promotion, or distribution of liquor in any capacity. All alcoholic beverages ordered through our platform are sold, invoiced, and supplied directly by licensed liquor vendors operating within the State of Uttar Pradesh. These vendors hold the necessary state permissions and are entirely responsible for product availability, pricing, quality, packaging, and statutory compliance related to the sale of alcoholic beverages.

We act only as an intermediary to facilitate the pickup and delivery of orders placed with these authorized vendors. Our responsibility is limited to ensuring safe, timely, and compliant delivery, and we do not assume any liability associated with the sale or supply of liquor.

As per applicable state excise laws and regulatory guidelines, we are legally restricted from delivering quantities beyond the prescribed limits. Accordingly:

• We are unable to deliver more than two (2) bottles of whisky in a single order.
• We are unable to deliver more than six (6) bottles of beer in a single order.

These limitations are mandated by law and are strictly adhered to in order to maintain compliance and uphold responsible delivery standards.

If a customer wishes to purchase quantities exceeding the permitted limits, they may do so by placing one or more additional orders, provided that all such orders individually comply with the regulatory quantity restrictions. Fulfillment of additional orders remains subject to vendor availability, serviceability, and ongoing adherence to state laws.

By using our platform, customers acknowledge that they meet the legal drinking age requirements, understand the regulatory restrictions on alcohol delivery, and agree to abide by all applicable laws governing the purchase and delivery of alcoholic beverages
